Forensic Architecture is pleased to be contributing three of its projects on Ukraine to the 2022 World Press Photo exhibition: The Battle of Ilovaisk, The Russian Strike on Kyiv TV Tower (produced in partnership with the Center for Spatial Technology), and the Civil Harm in Ukraine platform (produced in partnership with Bellingcat).

The annual World Press Photo Contest recognizes and celebrates the best photojournalism and documentary photography produced over the last year. World Press Photo Foundation’s main mission is to connect people to the stories that matter. Through their collaboration with Forensic Architecture and Bellingcat, the World Press Photo exhibition at De Nieuwe Kerk aims to provide a more detailed insight into the Russian invasion in Ukraine, where photojournalism, cutting edge forensic research and digital investigations come together to bear witness to the current war.
